4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, courier issues, or public holidays are not under our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for damaged products.
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video) of the damaged product.
Refunds or replacements will be approved after verification.
